1. Emergency Travel Certificate (ETC)
- Application Form including the following
- Name
- Passport No.
- Flight Info.
- Reason for application
- Add a phrase below.
I am willing to go back to my country, Nigeria and wish to apply for Emergency Travel Certificate for it.
- Details of the lost/damaged passport if known.
- Expired passport and a copy
- Copy of the police report of the lost passport if it is applicable
- 2 passport-sized photographs
- Original Alien card
- Flight Reservation Confirmation (For deportation)
- Receipt of the payment

Additional requirements for deportation
- Official letter with a reason for deportation
- At least 3 week-notice is required for approvals from the relevant authorities in Nigeria for ETC for a deportee.
- Entry available only Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Abuja. Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos NOT
2. Drivers License Authentication
- A request letter including the following
- Name
- Passport No.
- Driver’s License No.
- Application ID (www.frsc.gov.ng)
- Contact Number
- Reason for the request
- Valid Original Driver’s License
- A copy of the Driver’s License
- Original Passport
- A copy of the passport
- Original Alien card or valid Korean visa
- A copy of the Alien card
- Receipt of the payment

3. Family Certificate
- A request letter by one of the parents including the following
- All names of the family members
- Details of the family members (Passport No., DOB, Nationality, etc.)
- Reason for applying
- Original Passports of all the members
- Copies of the passports
- Original Alien cards or valid Korean visa
- Copies of the Alien cards
- Marriage Certificate (if the surnames are not the same.)
- Receipt of the payment

4. Birth Certificate
- A request letter by one of the parents including the following
- Names of the parents
- The name of the baby
- O.B, Address
- no
- Workplace, etc.
- Passports of the parents(Both mom and dad)
- Copies of the passports
- Original Alien cards or valid Korean visa of both parents
- Copies of the Alien cards
- Original copy of the Birth Certificate in English issued by the hospital in Korea
- If one of the parents is not a Nigerian, the marriage certificate sealed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nigeria is required.
- Receipt of the payment

5. Document Certification

- Name in full
- Passport No.
