This is issued to government officials, diplomats and their spouses. It is usually issued to classified government agents and recognized diplomats going to Nigeria to represent their governments. They are essentially carriers of diplomatic and official passports and they are treated within the ambits of the privileges and immunities provisions of the Geneva Convention.
Two application visa forms duly completed.
Two passport color photographs.
A copy of the flight reservations.
Note Verbal from the corresponding Embassy / Organization / Ministry.

STR simply means Subject To Regularization. This is issued primarily based on the availability of quotas especially in the case of private organizations. The visa is issued on request by sponsoring organizations and individual investors going to Nigeria to reside. All STR cables should be processed through the office of the Comptroller-General of Nigeria Immigration Service in Abuja for foreigners who are wishing to take up employment and reside in Nigeria for a given period of time.
 
STR/RESIDENCE VISA COUL BE SUB-DIVIDED INTO
STR for private organizations;
STR for government employees/NGOs, humanitarian organizations, etc;
STR for wives of Nigerians and
STR for students and so on. These classes of STR visas have specific operational requirements for visa issuance.
REQUIREMENT FOR STR VISA IN CASE OF PRIVATE ORGANIZATIONS
completed immigration application, Form 22,
valid travel documents;
letter of employment by sponsor(s) and acceptance by applicant; / Letter of employment.
copy of valid quota
completed immigration application, Form 22,
A valid passport (at least 6 months to expiration).
Two recent full face passport photographs.
Two certified copies of expatriate quota approval from Nigeria or approval from Nigeria for STR.
Two certified copies of all credentials and certificates.

This type of visa is issued to prospective business visitors going to Nigeria for the sole purpose of transacting short businesses. It is usually issued for a maximum period of three months, depending on the conviction of the issuing officer and for meeting the specified requirements.
Letter from the company (in Seoul, South korea), stating purpose of business and requesting for issuance of visa;
Letter of invitation from the company in Nigeria, stating the purpose of visit and the stay, or letter of guarantee from South Korea

Copy of the air-ticket to Nigeria (or printing).
Two (2) colour passport size photographs.

This type of visa is normally issued to prospective holiday makers who wish to visit tourism resorts in the country. They should,
However, have defined area of their intended tour. The life span of this type of visa is usually three months and below.
Letter of invitation from Nigeria, or letter of guarantee from a bank, reputable persons, etc.
Copy of the air-ticket to Nigeria (or printing).
Two (2) colour passport size photographs.
Two (2) Nigerian visa forms duly completed
This is an approved visa endorsement authorizing an immigrant to enter Nigeria for the purpose of performing a specific job within a specified period of time. Such jobs include but not limited to installation/repair of machines, auditing of accounts, training or any other specialized job which Nigerians lack the expertise. TWP is usually issued for a period of three months. All TWP cable visas must be approved by the Comptroller-General of the Nigeria Immigration Service (CGIS).
 
REQUIREMENT FOR STR VISA IN CASE OF PRIVATE ORGANIZATIONS
i) principal requirement here is approved cable by CGIS;
ii) no local objection;
iii) valid travel document and
iv) payment of visa fees, where applicable
Note

In all cases, if the person is not an Korean, but has the resident permit for those countries, it is necessary to attach a copy of it.
It is also required to bring a copy of D.N.I. or marital certificate if necessary.
